Shipping & Returns Policy for Online Sales
Order processing time
Most orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Large orders may require additional processing time - in this case we will contact you after receiving your order to advise an estimated ship date.
Australian domestic shipping rates & times
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
International shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping however our large network of international distributors can assist international customers.
We are not responsible for import duties and taxes which may be incurred once a shipment reaches an overseas country.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@protect-it.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy for sales made through our online store. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 10% may also apply.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@protect-it.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
